Booking FAQs

Can I book for a group of delegates?

Yes — contact us directly for group bookings of 4 or more. We can arrange dedicated course dates and tailored invoicing for company bookings.

What’s included in the course fee?

All course materials, IWCF registration fees (where applicable), certification and refreshments throughout the training day.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund (- £50 admin fee) if cancelled 7+ days before the start date. 50% refund within 7 days. Transfers to another date are available at no charge.

Do you offer PO / invoice payment?

Yes — for company bookings we can raise a purchase order invoice. Contact us before booking to arrange this payment method.

Are there prerequisites for the courses?

Some IWCF programmes require prior certification at a lower level. Full prerequisites are listed on each individual course page.

Can courses be run at our own facility?

Yes — we offer in-company training for organisations with suitable facilities. Get in touch to discuss requirements and scheduling.
