Purpose-built modern classrooms located in the centre of Aberdeen’s harbour development. Everything you need to know before you arrive — parking, transport, amenities and what to expect on your first day.
Your First Day
What to Bring
- Valid IWCF Candidate Registration (CR) number
- Photo ID (passport or driving licence)
- Booking confirmation email
- Notepad and pen (materials provided but useful to have)
- Laptop or tablet (optional — not required)
On Arrival
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Report to main reception in Provender House
- Sign the delegate register at reception
- Wi-Fi login details will be provided on arrival
- Refreshments available from the bistro from 07:30
During Training
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks provided
- Lunch break – hot or cold options provided in our bistro cafe
- All course materials and workbooks provided
- Smart casual dress — no PPE required in the classroom
- Any questions — ask your instructor or contact us
Provender House
Training takes place on the 2nd Floor of Provender House, part of the Waterloo Quay business campus – Access via Lime Street — a collection of ten historic granite-façade buildings overlooking Victoria Dock in Aberdeen’s harbour area.
On arrival, head to the main reception in Provender House where you’ll be directed to the ATT training suite. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your start time to allow for sign-in and briefing.

- Secure onsite parking for all delegates in the west car park, 2-minutes’ walk from Provender House.

By Train
- Aberdeen Railway Station is a 10-minute walk
- Exit the station onto Guild Street, head towards the harbour
